LONDON, United Kingdom, 15 October 2026: Technology entrepreneur Sheriff Adedokun, Founder and CEO of Pushbio, has received the TEDxWibsey Recognition Award for Contribution to the UK Tech Ecosystem. The honour highlights his entrepreneurial journey and his commitment to creating digital products that help creators and businesses grow, connect with audiences and access opportunities in the digital economy.
The recognition was presented during TEDxWibsey 2026, held at Bradford Art Centre on 19 September. This year’s event brought together entrepreneurs, academics, community leaders and other speakers around the theme of how ideas, innovation and lived experiences can shape the future.
With more than a decade of experience in technology, Adedokun has built businesses serving markets across Africa and internationally. He began his career in web services and software development, later broadening his focus to digital platforms designed for creators, small businesses and companies working across borders.
Founded in 2022, Pushbio was created to help creators and digital entrepreneurs strengthen audience relationships and build sustainable online revenue streams. Based in London, the platform combines content tools, audience engagement, lead generation, email marketing and digital commerce in one place. It now serves thousands of creators.
Reflecting on the recognition, Sheriff Adedokun said: “I’m grateful to TEDxWibsey for this recognition. Building in the UK has brought me into contact with people from different backgrounds and industries, and those conversations have shaped the way I approach technology.
“I’ve always been drawn to problems I’ve experienced or seen others face. With Pushbio, we’re helping creators build closer relationships with their audiences and earn more from their work. This award encourages me to keep building products that solve real problems, from the UK for people around the world.”
A key part of Adedokun’s approach has been helping creators take greater ownership of their online businesses and digital identities. Pushbio emerged from his observation that creators were often required to manage their audiences and commercial activities across multiple social platforms.
Adedokun also leads Clea as Founder and CEO. The cross-border payments company supports African businesses with international supplier payments. Across software, creator-focused technology and financial services, his work is driven by a focus on practical solutions to everyday business challenges.
The award also draws attention to Bradford’s growing role in supporting entrepreneurship, innovation and the exchange of ideas. TEDxWibsey is an independently organised event in Bradford, operating as part of TED’s worldwide programme of locally organised events.
