Seasoned operator and former Peak AI Chief Operating Officer takes the helm to strengthen Metomic’s position in safeguarding data across SaaS and AI platforms.
Metomic, a pioneer in data security technology designed to identify, classify, and protect sensitive information across SaaS, Cloud, and AI environments, has announced the appointment of Bethany Ayers as its new Chief Executive Officer.
With a proven record of scaling enterprise software firms through rapid growth, Ayers brings deep expertise in operations and go-to-market strategy. In her new role, she will lead Metomic’s next stage of global expansion as organisations increasingly seek unified data protection solutions for SaaS and AI ecosystems.

Ayers joins Metomic following a distinguished career in enterprise software, most recently serving as COO at Peak.ai, where she scaled international go-to-market operations. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at NewVoiceMedia, where she was instrumental in scaling go-to-market operations and expanding international presence. She also advises on multiple AI-focused boards, bringing the perfect expertise on the AI-led future Metomic is helping to protect.
