Whirli Introduces Customer Refund Programme Following Ownership Change

Celebrating one year under new family leadership, Whirli, the innovative toy subscription service, has announced a significant Customer Refund Programme, reinforcing its pledge to customer satisfaction.

This new initiative, the Customer Refund Programme, invites past members to re-engage with the revamped Whirli community. The programme is designed to compensate for subscription fees lost due to past year’s challenges, emphasising Whirli’s commitment to its customers. The brand has allocated up to £1,158,211 in credits for this purpose.

Qualified customers will be notified shortly with details about their credit allocation. The offer ensures a minimum credit of 53%* based on their former subscription, with some customers eligible for as much as 100% credit* to make up for losses during the administration phase.

Sanam and Iram Saghir, the new leaders of Whirli, have been instrumental in enhancing user experiences and restoring confidence. Their efforts include relocating thousands of toys to a new facility and strengthening ties with the Whirli user community.
