DOMINO’S POKE FUN AT HAPLESS CHELSEA

It has been Chelsea’s worst start to a season since 1978-79, with the Blues taking just five points from six games.

Dare we mention that the season in question saw the West London side go on to be relegated?

Goalscoring has been the main problem affecting Mauricio Pochettino’s men. Chelsea did hit the net in last week’s 1-0 win over Brighton in the EFL Cup, but they have failed to score a goal in the Premier League since August 25 against Luton.

Such is their plight that even companies are seizing the chance to poke fun.

Pizza chain Domino’s are the latest, having placed a live tracker outside Craven Cottage, the venue for Chelsea’s trip to Fulham tonight, detailing how many pizzas they have sold since Nicolas Jackson’s 75th-minute goal against the Hatters – the third in a 3-0 win.
